Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad range of quality commercial property work
Managing landlord and tenant matters
Overseeing acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements
Conducting commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases, and assignment of leases for landlords or tenants.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ pqe
Strong knowledge and experience in landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements
Experience handling commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases, and assignment of leases for landlords or tenants.
