Job Description:

My client is an award-winning, legal 500 law firm on the lookout for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. The role involves managing a varied caseload, advising clients, and working collaboratively with the legal team on property-related matters.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects
Advise a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, developers, investors, and landlords/tenants
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication
Work collaboratively with the wider legal team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions

Requirements:

1 Year PQE in Commercial Property law, with a proven track record of handling complex transactions
Strong technical expertise and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-care skills
A proactive and business-minded approach to problem-solving
Ambition and enthusiasm to grow and develop within the team
