A well-established regional law firm based in Dartford is looking to recruit a commercial property solicitor to join their expanding commercial property department. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified commercial property solicitor to manage a varied caseload of non-contentious matters in a supportive and professional team environment.
Job Responsibility:
Independently handling a busy and varied caseload
Providing clear, practical legal advice on commercial property transactions
Regular liaison with banks and financial institutions
Advising clients on leases, site acquisitions, and general development matters
Supporting clients through the process of buying or selling businesses
Assisting the residential conveyancing team when required
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year PQE in commercial property law
Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions, including leases and secured lending
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and client relationship skills
Able to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines effectively
Experience in residential conveyancing is advantageous
Professional, calm, and commercially minded with a proactive approach
