Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a friendly and highly regarded boutique firm? This could be the ideal opportunity. The firm is a well-established, boutique commercial law firm located in the heart of historic York. Known for its high-quality legal work, personal client service, and collaborative culture, the firm is expanding its Commercial Property team and is seeking a confident and capable solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE.

Job Responsibility:

Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments, etc.)
Development work and site acquisitions
Property finance and investment transactions
Corporate support on real estate elements

Requirements:

A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in commercial property law
Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle matters with minimal supervision
Commercial awareness and a client-focused attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A team player who thrives in a close-knit, professional environment
