Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career within a friendly and highly regarded boutique firm? This could be the ideal opportunity. The firm is a well-established, boutique commercial law firm located in the heart of historic York. Known for its high-quality legal work, personal client service, and collaborative culture, the firm is expanding its Commercial Property team and is seeking a confident and capable solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE.

Job Responsibility

  • Sales and acquisitions of commercial premises
  • Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, assignments, etc.)
  • Development work and site acquisitions
  • Property finance and investment transactions
  • Corporate support on real estate elements

Requirements

  • A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years PQE in commercial property law
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to handle matters with minimal supervision
  • Commercial awareness and a client-focused attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A team player who thrives in a close-knit, professional environment
