Are you a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience? A Legal 500 firm, is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team in this senior-level position. As a Commercial Property Solicitor with us, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of high-value, high-profile commercial property matters while enjoying a competitive salary.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion
Provide expert legal advice on property development, investment, and portfolio management
Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial leases, licenses, and other property-related agreements

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions
Proven track record of successfully advising clients on property investment and development projects
Excellent knowledge of property law and the ability to work proactively and independently
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate complex legal matters effectively
Qualified solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience
