Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Become an integral part of our thriving Commercial Property team
Collaborate with a diverse range of clients, handling non-contentious commercial matters
Contribute to the growth and success of our respected Dartford-based firm

Requirements:

Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively manage your caseload
Ability to handle freehold acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development, and secured lending
Proficiency in liaising with financial institutions and handling business sales and purchases
Some experience in residential conveyancing is desirable
Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and targets while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor

Nice to have:
