This role involves handling a broad range of quality commercial property work, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements. Job Responsibility:

Handling a broad range of commercial property work
managing landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements
conducting commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases, and assignment of leases for landlords or tenants.

Requirements:

5+ years of post-qualification experience (pqe)
handling a broad range of quality commercial property work including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements
experience with commercial property sales and purchases, re-finances, grant of new leases, and assignment of leases.

Nice to have:
