Job Description:

An award-winning Legal 500 law firm based in the heart of Central London is seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Paralegal to join their highly regarded Real Estate team. This is a standout opportunity to work alongside experienced solicitors and partners on high-value commercial transactions, acting for a broad client base including developers, investors, retailers, and corporate occupiers.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting solicitors with a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant work, and property finance
Drafting and reviewing documents such as leases, licences, and contracts
Conducting title checks, Land Registry searches, and due diligence
Assisting with post-completion matters and file management
Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties

Requirements:

At least 12 months of experience in commercial property law, ideally in a legal 500 law firm
A strong academic background (law degree or equivalent)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude
Experience using case management systems and working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
