Job Description

A well-established and growing law firm in Greater Manchester is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy and supportive Commercial Property team. Working as part of a dynamic and supportive commercial property team, you’ll play a key role in supporting fee earners handling a varied commercial property caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience who is looking to develop their career within Commercial Property.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist fee earners with commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases and leases
  • Ensure files (both physical and electronic) are accurately maintained and updated
  • Support the drafting of legal documents and correspondence under supervision
  • Attend and minute meetings and prepare attendance notes
  • Liaise directly with clients and third parties to assist with queries and progress matters
  • Undertake legal research
  • Provide administrative support, including land registry downloads, search requests, file housekeeping and billing assistance

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a paralegal in commercial property
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • A proactive, client-focused attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Commercially aware and eager to contribute to the team’s success
