Job Description:

This is a permanent, part-time role with flexibility to accommodate fluctuating workloads. You will work closely with the directors and take on a range of tasks as business needs arise, including tenant liaison, lease administration, arrears oversight, compliance follow-ups and ad hoc projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Action leases, assignments, options and rent reviews within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain digital records and ensure lease documentation accuracy
  • Monitor arrears and undertake professional communication with tenants
  • Complete annual outgoings reconciliations and financial reporting
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across entities on legal and compliance matters

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial property management, accounting, legal, or similar roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical ability and commercial judgement
  • High attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Experience drafting or reviewing lease documentation
  • Ability to liaise with solicitors and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and general systems
