We're seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team immediately and play a key role in managing prime commercial assets within our extensive portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive property performance through effective budget management and quarterly expenditure reviews
  • Oversee planned and reactive maintenance programs using our sophisticated purchase order and approval systems
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and provide exceptional service delivery
  • Lead contractor negotiations, service contract tendering, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Champion Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives and sustainability programs
  • Implement robust Health & Safety protocols and manage insurance requirements
  • Deliver comprehensive property condition reports and insights to clients and senior leadership
  • Maintain preventative maintenance schedules and comprehensive asset registers
  • Utilise advanced ESG platforms and data management systems

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' commercial property management experience
  • Property or Facility Management certification
  • Strong facilities management knowledge and technical competency
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to achieve targets and manage multiple deadlines effectively
