Job Description

Join a dynamic and fun team, managing a portfolio of operating convenience store sites within multiple Business Units. Responsible for landlord communications, tenant relations, coordination with various teams, site assessments, network planning, and related property management items.

Job Responsibility

  • implements tactical actions identified in comprehensive network plans
  • negotiates and structures transactions suitable to company’s financial goals and strategies
  • researches, analyzes and presents comprehensive presentation packages for each site to senior level management for review and approval
  • reports the status of all asset management projects for construction, facilities, marketing and store operations
  • ensures compliance with requirements, policies and regulations
  • increases professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, or participating in professional societies
  • contributes to team effort by accomplishing related financial and key result area targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related area preferred
  • two years of experience in Commercial Property Management, Commercial Real Estate, Finance, Business, or Retail Management with emphasis in Commercial/Retail/Fuel/C-Store industries
  • proficiency in MS Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Oracle required
  • experience with demographic mapping software highly desirable
  • strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • able to work in a busy environment with multiple changing priorities and deadlines
  • must be willing to adapt to the changing responsibilities of the position.
