Join a respected law firm for a locum role in 2026, handling commercial property litigation cases, including lease disputes, rent arrears, dilapidations, and more. Work with a supportive, structured team during a defined holiday cover period.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a varied caseload involving lease disputes, dilapidations, forfeiture, rent arrears, and other landlord/tenant litigation
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to a commercial client base
  • Maintain file standards and service levels throughout the cover period

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in commercial property litigation
  • Able to work remotely and independently
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and available to start immediately or at short notice
