NXTGEN are supporting a regional law firm in their search for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their team based in Great Yarmouth. This Commercial Property Fee Earner role will see you handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions within a busy and well-established team. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor / Legal Executive will take ownership of their own caseload, advising clients across a range of matters including acquisitions, disposals and lease work, while working closely with colleagues across the wider department. With an existing pipeline of work in place, this role offers the opportunity to step into a busy team with immediate responsibility and the potential for progression over time.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions
  • Handling matters from instruction through to completion
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and associated documentation
  • Delivering a high level of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progression of matters
  • Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the wider team

Requirements

  • Experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
  • Around 5 years PQE or equivalent level of experience
