At myPOS, the Commercial Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that drive commercial performance and revenue growth. This role focuses on managing commercial and sales-related projects - including telesales / inside sales workflows and outsourced commercial initiatives - ensuring successful delivery against commercial goals. You will coordinate stakeholders across departments and drive the implementation of tools, systems, and workflow enhancements that directly support sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
Job Responsibility:
Lead commercial and sales projects end-to-end, including telesales and inside sales initiatives, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial and revenue-focused initiatives, from scoping and planning through to execution and review
Coordinate and manage relationships with outsourced vendors and external commercial partners
Analyze sales workflows, identify gaps, and design optimized solutions that improve commercial outcomes
Define project requirements, create structured project plans, and oversee implementation of tools and systems
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery
Foster cross-functional alignment across Commercial, Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations and Compliance
Monitor risks, budgets, and performance, ensuring timely and efficient execution
Conduct post-implementation reviews and champion continuous improvement through best practices and documentation
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial or sales-driven projects
2+ years of proven track record in delivering commercial, sales, or revenue-focused projects from initiation to closure
Hands-on experience with telesales, inside sales, or sales workflow initiatives
Ability to manage and coordinate projects involving outsourced vendors or external partners
experience within a BPO organization is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable outcomes
Expertise in translating commercial requirements into structured project plans and delivery frameworks
Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams, including Commercial and Sales stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex topics and presenting to senior leadership
Comfortable operating in agile, fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Nice to have:
Experience within a BPO organization is a plus
