Job Responsibility
Coordinate contractors and installations

Own invoicing and payments
Ensure documentation and QA readiness
Maintain commercial data accuracy
Deliver reporting and insights
Drive process improvements and automation
Requirements
Strong commercial and invoicing knowledge
Confidence working with data
Experience coordinating suppliers or contractors
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Advanced spreadsheet skills
Clear communication skills
Nice to have
Experience with finance or CRM systems
Exposure to systems such as SAP, Medius, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Automation capability
Experience with tools such as Google Apps Script, Zapier, or other automation platforms
Industry experience Background in EV charging, energy, utilities, construction, or a related sector
