Join 3Shape as Commercial Product Manager for a 12-month maternity cover. You will be part of the TRIOS Product Management team, planning and implementing commercial initiatives for the TRIOS portfolio of intraoral scanners to achieve commercial success in the markets. The role is based at the headquarters in Copenhagen.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and lead the global planning, stakeholder management, creation and release of up-to-date pricing documentation across the company
  • Be the Product Management point of contact regarding the creation of pricing documentation for new markets, coordinating with the Commercial Excellence team
  • Engage, collaborate, and find solutions together with local sales teams and other commercial functions across the company as the first point of contact for product-related commercial topics
  • Develop and monitor commercial product initiatives, including pricing strategies, to maintain and enhance market positioning and market share
  • Define a new process for regular global pricing reviews together with other commercial functions
  • Take ownership of the full commercial product lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-launch to end-of-life

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in similar commercial roles
  • Experience working with pricing and turning pricing strategies into commercial operations
  • Solid commercial mindset – understanding customer needs, market development, and competitor offerings
  • Solid planning, stakeholder and time-management skills
