Job Description

On behalf of our client, to accompany the development of this company specialized in high-tech, we are looking for a Commercial & Product Management Support Assistant (m/f/d). This position balances data analysis with project coordination, acting as a vital link between commercial operations and product management teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee global and local deal filing and perform in-depth data analysis
  • Generate regular commercial analysis reports to support decision-making
  • Help define project scopes, timelines, and action plans
  • Schedule internal/external meetings and ensure rigorous follow-up on action items
  • Monitor progress using specialized tools (Jira, Asana, etc.) and keep stakeholders informed
  • Identify bottlenecks early and propose solutions to management
  • Handle daily operational arrangements, sample management, and provide support for international trade fairs/events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluent in English & Chinese (written and spoken)
  • 1st experience (including internships) in statistics or data analysis
  • Expert proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Valid work permit required
  • Knowledge of international trade and telecommunications is a plus
  • Industrious, prudent in judgment, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment
  • Good sense of execution, teamwork and strong sense of responsibility
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues of different ethnic and cultural backgrounds
  • Very careful and industrious, willing to work with trivial things, while being prudent in judgment
