Job Responsibility:
Provide commercial contract administrative support
Support project teams to ensure timely ordering process delivery of goods and services
Assist in the review and management of contracts and tender documentation
Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Support the team in cost analysis and budget management tasks
Maintain and update contract databases and systems
Handle queries related to procurement and supply chain processes
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements:
Experience working in a procurement and supply chain role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in procurement processes
A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Be as finisher with the ability to see tasks through to completion
