We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused and experienced Commercial Process Manager to join our Commercial department, helping to drive current and future success. Job Responsibility:
Enhancing customer experience through gathering insights on customer pain points and developing strategies to improve responsiveness and reliability in service delivery
Monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction metrics to drive continual improvement
Analysing customer onboarding and services processes and devising and implementing efficient processes to improve the customer journey
Preparing reports and presentations for management to communicate findings and progress where process performance improvements have been identified and implemented
