Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive, customer-focused and experienced Commercial Process Manager to join our Commercial department, helping to drive current and future success. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Enhancing customer experience through gathering insights on customer pain points and developing strategies to improve responsiveness and reliability in service delivery
  • Monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction metrics to drive continual improvement
  • Analysing customer onboarding and services processes and devising and implementing efficient processes to improve the customer journey
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management to communicate findings and progress where process performance improvements have been identified and implemented
