Drive simplification, efficiency, and commercial accuracy across products and processes by translating business needs into operational, AI, and RPA requirements, while ensuring revenue integrity through robust commission scheme management.
Job Responsibility:
Own and evolve commercial processes end‑to‑end (order‑to‑cash, product lifecycle, commissions)
Manage catalogue-based products (e.g. Vodafone à la carte offers)
Translate commercial requirements into functional specs for AI and RPA automation
Identify process pain points and simplification opportunities
Govern and adjust commission schemas to align with strategy and product changes – and also control the manual adjustments.
Requirements:
Bachelor/Masters Degree in Management
Strong commercial and product logic understanding
Process design and simplification mindset
Ability to bridge business and technology
Analytical and detail-oriented
Stakeholder management and communication
Fluency in English.
