We are seeking an experienced Commercial Pricing Strategy Lead to shape and drive VOIS’s pricing strategy across services and markets. This role plays a pivotal part in balancing growth, profitability, and competitiveness by developing robust pricing frameworks, cost models, and commercial strategies. Working closely with Finance, Service Towers, GTM Sales, and Commercial teams, the role ensures consistency, accuracy, and innovation in pricing methodologies while enabling scalable, self-serve pricing capabilities through digital tools.
Job Responsibility:
Define and execute the VOIS pricing strategy, vision, and commercial roadmap, aligning growth ambitions with profitability targets
Develop and maintain accurate cost models, ensuring transparency and consistency across service towers
Lead the annual pricing refresh, updating cost inputs, overheads, target margins, and price books, and communicating changes across the organisation
Act as the commercial subject matter expert for business requirements into digital pricing tools, including testing and validation
Benchmark VOIS services against the market and implement recommendations to strengthen competitiveness
Monitor and analyse pricing performance, recommending adjustments to optimise revenue, margins, and win rates
Collaborate with Finance to define reporting requirements and establish standard pricing and cost targets by function
Support the design of innovative commercial models, customer investment approaches, and pricing structures
Guide and mentor junior colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial management, or related fields within a global or large-scale organization
Gained 10+ years of experience in strategic pricing, commercial management, or related fields within a global or large-scale organization
Educated to bachelor’s degree level in a business or telecoms-related discipline
Fluent English is a must
Nice to have:
