Job Responsibility

  • Develop and evolve strategic pricing approach aligning with wider business ambitions while making thoughtful, evidence-based decisions
  • Build and nurture a strong pricing knowledge base combining curiosity and attention to detail to understand customers, competitors, and market trends
  • Explore new ideas and identify opportunities to refine pricing models balancing innovation with commercial impact
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Strategy, Finance, Insights, Commercial and Propositions building trusted relationships to drive shared outcomes
  • Confidently challenge existing approaches where needed while supporting others to bring forward new and diverse perspectives

Requirements

  • Experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical thinking with a thoughtful, adaptable approach to problem-solving
  • Curiosity and insight-driven approach with natural interest in understanding customers, markets, and emerging trends
  • Clear and authentic communication with ability to influence and build relationships across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with resilience and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to balance independent thinking with teamwork
  • Ideally experience in telecoms or similar commercial environment (experience in fixed connectivity is a plus)
  • Solid experience (around 5+ years) in pricing or related discipline
