Commercial Pool Service Technician

• Check water chemistry and balance pool water through the addition of the appropriate chemicals
• Maintain pool cleanliness by brushing, vacuuming, netting, cleaning tiles, and emptying baskets of debris
• Perform minor repairs and minor programming of pool equipment
• Keep pool equipment area tidy and organized
• Loading vehicle with standard and out-of-ordinary stock
• Ensure all stock removed from the warehouse is accurately recorded
• Record all materials and products used on-site for invoicing purposes
• Identify and report any maintenance problems or faults
• Develop and nurture customer relationships with pool guests and on site maintenance crews
• Document visits via the company reporting system using phone app
• Updating DOH logs
• Maintain 6-10 pools 2-3 times per week
• Expected workweek of 38 to 42 hours depending on the condition of your pools and your efficiency

• Must be MATURE minded and take your position seriously
• Must present themselves with a professional appearance
• 6 months to 1 year minimum experience of COMMERICAL POOL SERVICE IS MANDATORY
• Have a great personality
• Must the ability to START and HOLD conversations when necessary
• Excellent customer relationship building and communication is a must
• Loves working outside
• Must be organized
• Must have availability to work Monday – Friday
• Must be over 21 with a clean driving record (no recent major accidents or infringements) due to company auto insurance requirements
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be capable of lifting to 50 lbs. plus and conducting physical labor in the Florida heat and weather
• Must have and be able to demonstrate a working knowledge and troubleshooting skills for: Feeder pump and controllers pump systems
• Various pump types (single and variable speed)
• Filtration systems (DE and Cartridge)
• Must be able to represent Poolwerx by having a positive attitude and working well independently while exhibiting team-oriented behavior to ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred by not required
