Job Description

As Commercial Policy Manager, you will be responsible for driving the company's commercial policy agenda and ensuring effective management of trade investments, promotions, and discount strategies across channels. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate key stakeholders, and support the development of long-term commercial strategies. Your role will focus on optimizing commercial investments, improving business performance, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2)
  • FMCG experience (Commercial Finance, KAM, Retail Trade, Strategic Channel Management)
  • Experience in promotion & discount management optimization
  • Cross-functional project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn insights into recommendations
