Job Description:

Kalos Services is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent (Night Shift) to lead commercial plumbing remodel projects within our growing Remodel Division. In this role, you’ll be leading some of our most critical work. With the pace of our growth, this position is truly the heartbeat of our remodel operations. This role owns night-shift field execution — setting the standard for quality, safety, and production while keeping projects moving strong and steady during evening operations. This is a hands-on leadership position where your experience, judgment, and ability to lead crews through complex remodel environments make a real impact.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead night-shift commercial plumbing remodel projects, often in active or occupied facilities
  • Mobilize plumbing crews and supporting trades to establish production, sequencing, and jobsite flow
  • Step into active or struggling projects and quickly bring structure, direction, and accountability
  • Coordinate plumbing work with other trades to maintain proper sequencing and productivity
  • Provide hands-on leadership to plumbing crews and subcontractors during night operations
  • Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
  • Identify field issues early and implement practical, production-focused solutions
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with Project Managers, day superintendents, and leadership to ensure seamless handoff between shifts
  • Ensure all plumbing work is completed per plans, specifications, code requirements, and Kalos Services quality standards
  • Track progress, document issues, and support inspections, punch lists, and project closeouts

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with remodel experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in a superintendent, foreman, or field leadership role
  • Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
  • Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and construction documents
  • Comfortable leading crews in fast-paced, night-shift environments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple trades
  • OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
