Serve as a trusted advisor and help maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant environments. Develop and build strong business relationships, manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, create revenue generating growth opportunities, research product abilities/services, and ensure complete customer satisfaction and professional customer support.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect, identify, and develop new commercial accounts
Conduct site inspections to assess customer needs
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance metrics
Negotiate contract terms and conditions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and regulatory requirements
Identify new sales strategies to increase revenue goals
Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration
3+ years of outside sales experience in a corporate environment
Must have commercial pest or landscaping/exterior service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
