Job Description

Serve as a trusted advisor and help maintain safe, sanitary, and compliant environments. Develop and build strong business relationships, manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, create revenue generating growth opportunities, research product abilities/services, and ensure complete customer satisfaction and professional customer support.

Job Responsibility

  • Prospect, identify, and develop new commercial accounts
  • Conduct site inspections to assess customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance metrics
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions
  • Stay knowledgeable about industry trends and regulatory requirements
  • Identify new sales strategies to increase revenue goals
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in a corporate environment
  • Must have commercial pest or landscaping/exterior service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and execute
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
