Job Description

We are seeking an experienced GTM Performance Analytics professional to enable data-driven commercial decision-making across Vodafone Business portfolios. This role focuses on transforming complex performance data into actionable insights that improve the effectiveness, ROI, and prioritisation of Go-To-Market and Product Enablement initiatives. The role offers high visibility with senior stakeholders and plays a critical part in accelerating portfolio growth through analytics-led optimisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Measure and analyse the effectiveness of Go-To-Market and Product Enablement initiatives across channels and regions
  • Define, track, and report key GTM performance, effectiveness, and ROI metrics
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for senior stakeholders
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights that support commercial decision-making
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Provide analytical justification for GTM investments and contribute to business cases and forecasting activities
  • Recommend optimisation actions that enhance commercial outcomes and portfolio growth

Requirements

  • An experienced analytics professional with a strong commercial mindset and exposure to sales, marketing, or product environments
  • Comfortable working with large datasets, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
  • Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear insights for senior audiences
  • A confident stakeholder partner, able to influence across matrixed regional and global teams
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused in approach
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Educated to degree level in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Experience within Telecommunications, Technology, Digital Services, or B2B environments is advantageous
