We are seeking an experienced GTM Performance Analytics professional to enable data-driven commercial decision-making across Vodafone Business portfolios. This role focuses on transforming complex performance data into actionable insights that improve the effectiveness, ROI, and prioritisation of Go-To-Market and Product Enablement initiatives. The role offers high visibility with senior stakeholders and plays a critical part in accelerating portfolio growth through analytics-led optimisation.
Job Responsibility
Measure and analyse the effectiveness of Go-To-Market and Product Enablement initiatives across channels and regions
Define, track, and report key GTM performance, effectiveness, and ROI metrics
Design, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and performance trackers for senior stakeholders
Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-ready insights that support commercial decision-making
Partner with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
Provide analytical justification for GTM investments and contribute to business cases and forecasting activities
Recommend optimisation actions that enhance commercial outcomes and portfolio growth
Requirements
An experienced analytics professional with a strong commercial mindset and exposure to sales, marketing, or product environments
Comfortable working with large datasets, reporting tools, and performance dashboards
Skilled at simplifying complex information into clear insights for senior audiences
A confident stakeholder partner, able to influence across matrixed regional and global teams
Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-focused in approach
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Educated to degree level in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience within Telecommunications, Technology, Digital Services, or B2B environments is advantageous
