The Commercial Partnership Manager is accountable for maximising contribution, profitability, and commercial advantage through the strategic management of opportunities, vendors, distributors, and internal stakeholders. The role exists to unlock preferential pricing, rebates, and differentiated commercial outcomes that directly support sales teams to win more deals at higher margin. Through structured and strategic supply chain management, partner program optimisation, and data-led decision making, the role delivers sustainable margin expansion and competitive differentiation.

Drive continuous improvement across commercial partnership KPIs through structured engagement
Build and execute commercial strategies that maximise vendor/distributor return and enhance forecasting accuracy
Sales Enablement & Competitive Advantage
Secure preferential pricing, registrations, rebates and programs to improve win rates and deal margins
Partner with sales leadership to remove commercial barriers and differentiate offers versus competitors
Partnership and Vendor management
Build commercially impactful vendor relationships, lead QBR/HBR interactions, and manage compliance/certifications
Understand vendor compensation programs to strengthen commercial returns
Market understanding
Continuously assess markets, technologies, and product releases to support proactive customer engagement
Provide market insight and align vendor contacts to internal teams for maximum commercial return
Stakeholder engagement
Communicate portfolio activity and critical updates to reinforce commercial alignment
Act as the coordination point across functions and influence stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
Data alignment
Maintain structured dashboards tracking revenue, rebates, margins, and vendor/distributor trends
Standardise reporting and use data to identify behavioural patterns for proactive engagements and outcomes
Distribution management
Provide insight into distributor commercial platforms and maintain relevant contact mapping in delivering strong, commercially beneficial partnerships
Optimise routes to market, challenge cost drivers, and maximise distributor-funded programs
Requirements
