The Commercial Partnerships Executive is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced Partnerships team. Working closely with the Head of Commercial Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, building high-value relationships, and curating exceptional brand experiences across our portfolio of iconic venues. This dynamic and multifaceted role blends proactive sales, partnership management, event coordination, and operational excellence, offering real exposure to how impactful commercial partnerships are created and delivered. From engaging high-profile clients and unlocking new business opportunities to supporting the delivery of standout events. You will be instrumental in managing both inbound and outbound opportunities, nurturing key partnerships, and ensuring every commercial activity is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard bringing the Gaucho brand to life through every interaction.
Job Responsibility:
Manage contracts, agreements, invoices, filing systems, produce reports, update systems (OpenTable, CRM etc)
Support Head of Commercial Partnerships in executing the national business strategy
Outreach via Linkedin, networking and inbound enquiries
Respond to all corporate, partnership and event enquiries
Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and sales materials
Act as key point of contact, manage day to day comms with corporate clients
Support VIPs bookings, build relationships with PAs, EAs and corporate bookers
Support the planning, selling and execution of private dining
Manage enquiries and coordinate event logistics
Attend events, host clients and ensure smooth delivery
Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns, events and client showcases
Communicate key opportunities and updates to internal stakeholders
Attend events, showcases and industry functions to build new connections
Develop knowledge of local markets and identify performance driver opportunities
Liaise with Ops, Reservations and events teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and guest experience
Requirements:
Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail - able to juggle multiple priorities without losing momentum or quality
A confident communicator, both written and verbal, who can craft compelling messages and build rapport with ease
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, staying calm under pressure and focused on results
Commercially savvy, with a natural instinct for spotting opportunities and turning them into revenue
Proactive and solutions-driven, always looking for ways to improve processes and maximise impact
Digitally confident, with experience using CRM systems, booking platforms, and Microsoft Office to manage pipelines and performance
