A vacancy has arisen at England Athletics on a permanent contract for a Commercial Partnerships and Activation Executive, to support the Head of Commercial Partnerships with partnership acquisition and commercial growth. The role will play a key part in bringing partnerships to life through strategic activation, community engagement, experiential delivery and strong account management, whilst also supporting membership engagement initiatives, participation programmes and the wider commercial strategy.
Job Responsibility
Lead the management and activation of England Athletics’ commercial partnerships, delivering strategic plans aligned to partner and organisational objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver campaigns, partnership rights and grassroots activations across key programmes Run Together, Funetics, FMC festivals, championships, RUN:EA and wider community initiatives across
Drive partner engagement across membership and participation programmes, through creative content, integrated campaigns and innovative activation concepts
Support commercial growth by contributing to new business opportunities, proposals and relationship development
Manage partnership delivery, including onboarding, reporting and evaluation, ensuring professional execution and measurable impact
Requirements
2–3 years’ experience in sponsorship, partnerships, account management or sports marketing
strong relationship management and communication skills
experience delivering campaigns or activations
highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
