Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Partnership Executive to join our Commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry. The role has full commercial accountability for revenue retention, growth, customer communication, and overall account experience within this segment. This is a revenue-generating role with direct impact on portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-value customer accounts (£50k–£250k annual revenue)
  • Full commercial accountability for revenue retention, growth, customer communication, and overall account experience
  • Act as the primary relationship owner
  • Manage all customer communication — from service-related queries to strategic account discussions
  • Ensure a seamless and professional customer journey
  • Review portfolio monthly assessing revenue performance, growth pipeline and risks

Requirements:
