We are seeking an experienced Commercial Partnership Executive to join our Commercial team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK - one of the market leaders in our industry. The role has full commercial accountability for revenue retention, growth, customer communication, and overall account experience within this segment. This is a revenue-generating role with direct impact on portfolio performance and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-value customer accounts (£50k–£250k annual revenue)
Full commercial accountability for revenue retention, growth, customer communication, and overall account experience
Act as the primary relationship owner
Manage all customer communication — from service-related queries to strategic account discussions
Ensure a seamless and professional customer journey
Review portfolio monthly assessing revenue performance, growth pipeline and risks
Requirements:
Experienced
Proven track record in account management, retention and growth
Excellent communication skills
Commercially ambitious
Keen eye for detail
Ability to perform data analysis
Must be able to pass criminal record, personal credit and ID checks
Must have verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/educational history
