We are currently seeking several Commercial/Corporate Paralegals to work with various Axiom clients across all industries. Axiom is the global leader in high-caliber, on-demand legal talent. Job Responsibility:

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts
  • Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements, licensing agreements, content agreements, software development contracts, SaaS agreements, SLA agreements, or e-commerce agreements
  • Partnering and supporting a fast-paced sales or business organisation by managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a paralegal within a commercial law environment
  • Good academic credentials
  • In-house legal experience is strongly preferred (directly, or as a secondee)
  • Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
