Job Description:

A global provider of alternative legal services, based in London, is seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Paralegal to support its clients across various industries. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with high-calibre legal teams and build on your existing commercial law experience.

Job Responsibility:

Draft, negotiate, and review a range of complex commercial agreements
Support high-profile clients on a project basis
Offer commercial legal expertise in areas including SaaS, consulting, licensing, software, and content agreements
Advise internal stakeholders and align legal guidance with business objectives
Handle multiple commercial contract types simultaneously
Support fast-moving sales and operational teams

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a commercial legal setting, ideally including in-house exposure (directly or via secondment)
Solid academic credentials and legal training
Demonstrated experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
A strong grasp of business operations and commercial risk
Right to work in the UK is essential
