Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in AS400, ERP (JDE Oracle version)
Demonstration of key finance proficiencies and qualifications
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish), B2 minimum
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Proven track record to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication and social skills

Job Responsibility

Process the monthly and daily activities via Calendar to ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
Support and prepare monthly or daily reports as required by the business
Use Excel, JDEdwards, Cognos, Outlook, SharePoint to resolve requests and/or issues
Continuously evaluate current operations to provide innovative ideas to optimize and improve the processes and data visualization in local and Channel Operations activities
Resolve errors related to trace and chargebacks, cross-reference errors, PCN errors, payments of incentives/rebates as per volume if required
Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel strategies
Assist in managing channel partner relationships and support their operational needs
Analyze channel performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive informed decision-making

Job Responsibility

Handle the Dispute (GetPaid) email box, forwarding emails to the proper individual/team, enter notes with sufficient information for the owner
Contact customers on delinquent accounts for resolution and payment, recording all activities in GetPaid notes
Communicate account delinquency information to Sales personnel as per standard collections and partner concern processes
Resolve unidentified payments and A/R-related disputes within prescribed time frames
Review credit limit and risk issues with the Credit Supervisor, making recommendations regarding limits, terms, and risk categories
Maintain daily Pending Order and On-Hold reports
Issue requests for refunds of cash on account or credit memos as needed
Review Dispute documentation and assign to the appropriate internal owner
Contact customers regarding unidentified Disputes, resolve the reasons, secure additional documentation, and assign them to the accurate owners
Engage with internal departments to research and support payment issues
