Job Responsibility
Analyze commercial performance across countries, teams and business lines, providing data-driven recommendations to support decision-making
Monitor, develop and optimize sales KPIs, performance metrics and KPI frameworks
Identify opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness, sales productivity and business processes
Build, optimize and maintain reporting tools, management reports and commercial dashboards
Drive CRM development, adoption and data quality standards across the organization
Standardize sales processes, policies and ways of working, ensuring alignment across countries and business units
Support commercial leadership with performance analysis, reporting and business improvement initiatives
Coordinate target customer allocation and support the development of sales motivation and incentive programs
Lead and support CRM and PR teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Oversee PR activities, including budget planning, KPI monitoring and performance evaluation
Lead the development of the annual Brand Book and ensure consistency of brand positioning and corporate identity across all markets
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and commercial organizations
Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Performance, Commercial Excellence or similar functions
Experience working with KPIs, reporting, performance management and commercial analytics
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision-making
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in an international environment
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Russian will be considered a strong advantage
