Job Description

An Operations Executive at Two Circles works within the Rights Management Operations team, implementing project plans across our diverse portfolio of clients. The role has a range of duties which includes overseeing the quality and commercial relevance of marketing materials, communicating with internal functions, managing, and building relationships with external suppliers, budgeting, auditing of materials and tracking stock movement.

Job Responsibility

  • Working with project managers to create project plans managing client, supplier and internal deadlines
  • Oversee production workflow of bespoke marketing materials
  • Quality control of bespoke marketing materials pre-& postproduction
  • Sourcing of physical and digital materials needed for design production
  • Managing & building relationships with a range of external suppliers
  • Budget management, auditing of materials and tracking stock movement
  • Work with logistics companies to track and ensure fast and effective delivery of materials
  • Ad hoc admin tasks for the team
  • Support internal sales team alongside project managers
