Job Responsibility
Leading and coordinating the commercial tasks related to proposals in collaboration with application engineers and commercial leaders
Drafting the commercial proposal in accordance with the internal proposal review process
Coordinating with the various stakeholders to develop a project risk assessment and mitigation strategy
Collaborating with the commercial leader, negotiating the proposal with the customer, and identifying deviations from standard commercial terms and conditions
Ensuring the effective handover of contracts to the project execution team after order intake
Requirements
Hold an engineering degree, a business school degree, or an equivalent master's degree
Strong knowledge of sales processes and the negotiation of contractual and technical terms, as well as financial aspects, risk management, and contract taxation
Fluency in both French and English is essential

Have a solid understanding of how a matrix and cross-functional organization operates
Demonstrate leadership and the ability to manage across functions
Have strong communication and customer service skills
