Commercial Operations and Customer Relationship Specialist

• Manage administrative tasks essential to Ireland's operations
• Process orders and respond to queries for our key accounts
• Provide support by generating reports, assisting with customer communications, and managing card applications
• Set up and maintain customer accounts
• Document operational processes
• Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proven experience in operations, order processing, or a sales support role
• Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems is preferred, or a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with Irish stakeholders
• Experience in the retail or B2B sector, particularly within the fuel or convenience industries will be considered an advantage
