Job Description

The Commercial Operations Analyst will support go-to-market teams through strong systems management, analytics, and operational execution. This role partners closely with Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure pipeline visibility, accurate forecasting, efficient deal execution, and strong CRM adoption. This role will own day-to-day Salesforce administration, build reporting across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Finance, and support core revenue processes as needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Support weekly pipeline reviews and forecasting cadences
  • Maintain sales dashboards for bookings, pipeline coverage, win rates, and activity
  • Help drive CRM adoption and opportunity hygiene
  • Support lead-to-opportunity workflows and routing logic
  • Assist with territory assignments and commercial process improvements
  • Provide operational support to commercial leadership and reps
  • Partner with Deal Desk and Finance to support quote-to-cash workflows
  • Ensure opportunity data accuracy for pricing, approvals, and contracts
  • Build reporting on deal velocity, approvals, and revenue performance
  • Help identify bottlenecks in deal flow and recommend process improvements
  • Support revenue tracking and post-close reporting
  • Produce recurring reports on pipeline, bookings, revenue, renewals, and performance
  • Support executive and leadership reporting
  • Deliver ad hoc analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the funnel
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance on reporting needs

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles at SaaS companies (experience with $10M–$100M ARR preferred)
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent hands-on Salesforce admin experience)
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce required), along with marketing automation, customer success, and business intelligence tools
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle stages, and revenue reporting frameworks
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive consensus in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
