Job Description:

We are seeking an established Commercial Office Sector Lead to drive growth within our Office Fit Out and Refurbishment sector in Victoria. As Commercial Sector Lead, you will own the growth strategy and commercial performance of the office fit-out sector, with accountability for revenue, pipeline quality and margin discipline. You will be trusted to operate autonomously, bringing strong judgement around where to play, when to walk away, and how to position the business early with the right clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Developing and executing the sector growth strategy
  • Identifying, qualifying and prioritising opportunities aligned to margin and capability
  • Leading major pursuits, bids and client conversations
  • Building and maintaining a healthy, forward-looking pipeline (target 3× revenue)
  • Owning senior client and stakeholder relationships
  • Resetting pricing approaches and fee benchmarks
  • Re-engaging dormant clients and activating new conversations
  • Providing credible commercial leadership to ELT and GM level stakeholders
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with commercial, programme, quality, and risk objectives
  • Lead and mentor Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team culture

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in property consultancy
  • Proven business development outcomes
  • Strong market presence and an established client network
  • Experience leading major pursuits and complex bids
  • Sound commercial judgement around pricing, risk and margin
  • The confidence to influence senior internal and external stakeholders
  • An undergraduate qualification in Property, Commerce or a related discipline
