Job Responsibility

  • Accountable for delivering brilliant, personalised multi-channel marketing communications programmes
  • Developing inbound and outbound data driven comms always-on programmes and plans and designing touch points which meet your business objectives
  • Own and develop your cohorts for your always-on programmes using a data science approach and NBA capabilities
  • Own and develop cohort and programme-based offers or propositions
  • Develop multi-channel customer experiences
  • Ownership of self serving performance and communicating v plan
  • Champion a customer-first approach
  • Leading the creation of appropriate assets, copy and designs
  • Achieving appropriate sign off for your campaign collateral
  • Maximizing use of our CRM capabilities and partners
  • Co-ordinating campaign targeting across all customer touchpoints
  • Co-ordinating the testing and deployment of campaigns
  • Accountable for legal and regulatory compliance of campaigns
  • Execute according to the Base Programme handbook approach
  • Coach and Manage where relevant
  • Driving optimisations to marketing plans
  • Develop robust test and learn frameworks
  • Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Proactively recommending opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer value

Requirements

  • Strong experience in a CRM/Trading/Lifecycle Management role
  • Preferred experience of broadband proposition or product knowledge
  • Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing decisions at Senior Manager and Director level
  • Experienced in managing and coaching
