Job Responsibility:
Accountable for delivering brilliant, personalised multi-channel marketing communications programmes
Developing inbound and outbound data driven comms always-on programmes and plans and designing touch points which meet your business objectives
Own and develop your cohorts for your always-on programmes using a data science approach and NBA capabilities
Own and develop cohort and programme-based offers or propositions
Develop multi-channel customer experiences
Ownership of self serving performance and communicating v plan
Champion a customer-first approach
Leading the creation of appropriate assets, copy and designs
Achieving appropriate sign off for your campaign collateral
Maximizing use of our CRM capabilities and partners
Co-ordinating campaign targeting across all customer touchpoints
Co-ordinating the testing and deployment of campaigns
Accountable for legal and regulatory compliance of campaigns
Execute according to the Base Programme handbook approach
Coach and Manage where relevant
Driving optimisations to marketing plans
Develop robust test and learn frameworks
Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Proactively recommending opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer value
Requirements:
Strong experience in a CRM/Trading/Lifecycle Management role
Preferred experience of broadband proposition or product knowledge
Demonstrated success in building relationships and influencing decisions at Senior Manager and Director level
