As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for our City Commercial brand. City Commercial is a developing specialist business unit within the core City Plumbing business, the Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to build and maintain a strong brand presence of the growing Commercial business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Brand marketing management of City Commercial SBU alongside the City Commercial leadership team and the Head of Marketing
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and creative development and implementation
  • Manage the identity of the proposition, and ensure strong and consistent executions across all channels
  • Work closely with our suppliers to create and deliver value-adding brand partnerships and product launch activity
  • Oversee & manage the delivery and fulfilment of customer acquisition campaigns
  • Develop, manage and launch key literature, including City Commercial brochure, and their associated marketing launch plans
  • Manage and support key internal/external events and wider industry/relevant proposition external events
  • Closely monitor industry and competitor activity as well as survey & customer research initiatives
  • Support the development and positioning of the City Commercial Own Brand objectives
  • Support the Marketing team with absences and work proactively to support and develop colleagues within the wider Marketing team
