As a Commercial Manager Reporting to the Country Manager France, you will contribute to the development of annual business plans for key accounts and consult the setting of commercial strategies for partners to achieve sales targets. You act as a facilitator between 3Shape’s global teams & processes and the local market context. You are the first point of contact for selected partner accounts and manage them day-to-day. You engage and support the sales forces of our resellers and their commercial performance. You ensure strong rigor and structured administrative follow-up of accounts to develop sales forecasts and support partner’s question. You liaise with our production sites for order management and with our headquarters in Copenhagen to implement commercial strategies. You collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical solutions teams to align on commercial priorities. Coordinate with regional stakeholders to align local needs with global processes. You gather and synthesize market feedback from partners, local teams and other stakeholders to support sales forecasts. Prepare clear and structured business materials, including slides and performance overviews, for use in monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.

Requirements:
Business degree from a top-tier university or business school, e.g. in Business Administration, Economics, or Management
2-4 years of relevant experience, e.g. consulting, business analysist, commercial roles or similar
High drive and ownership: proactive, self-starting and motivated by a dynamic environment
Strong commercial and business mind-set
Curious and analytical who enjoys understanding performance drivers
Clear communicator and able to work with multiple stakeholders across functions
Excellent command of office tools (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Bi etc.)
Excellent command of English and French (written and spoken)
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
