Job Responsibility
Lead and develop the commercial plan and calendar
Drive visitation, engagement and commercial performance across our offer
Secure a seamless and relevant guest experience end-to-end
Act as a strategic partner, bringing commercial insights to the business
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing commercial team
Strengthen collaboration across functions and contribute to our transformation journey
Requirements
Strong experience in commercial leadership, including P&L, KPI follow-up and planning
Deep understanding of hospitality, customer journeys and driving visitation
The ability to turn insights into actions and results
A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
Entrepreneurship with the ability to not just form plans, but the tenacity to see them through to completion
