Job Description

Mint Selection is supporting renewable energy and infrastructure projects and is seeking experienced Commercial Managers for contract opportunities. These positions will oversee the commercial performance and contractual management of renewable energy projects across solar PV, substations, BESS, and wider energy infrastructure developments.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage commercial strategy and project financial performance
  • Support contract management, claims, and commercial negotiations
  • Monitor project costs, reporting, and commercial compliance activities
  • Work closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Provide commercial guidance and risk management support
  • Ensure compliance with client and contractual requirements

Requirements

  • Previous commercial management experience within infrastructure, utilities, or renewable energy sectors
  • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and project reporting
  • Experience working with NEC, FIDIC, or similar contracts preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Renewable energy project experience advantageous
