This role sets and delivers the household growth strategy, driving penetration and revenue expansion while holding P&L ownership across Convergence and Entertainment. It works closely with an aligned proposition team to build the commercial strategy and develop the supporting business cases for all converged propositions. In addition, the team manages the P&L for converged customers, ensuring opportunities are delivered effectively and risks are actively identified and managed.
Job Responsibility:
Set and deliver the household growth strategy, with full P&L ownership, across Convergence and Entertainment
Lead the Risks & Opportunities agenda, integrating forecasting, performance management, and proactive risk mitigation to unlock incremental growth
Own commercial strategy and execution with proposition teams, ensuring alignment to household penetration, revenue expansion, and value creation
Provide end-to-end commercial leadership on business cases, including investment appraisal, partner economics, and post-investment reviews (PIRs)
Optimise commercial terms with content, platform, and ecosystem partners, while actively managing cost drivers and revenue leakage
Drive continuous improvement in commercial governance, processes, and reporting, ensuring high-quality forecasting and decision-ready performance insights
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial team, championing engagement, capability development, and sustained delivery excellence
Requirements:
A strong understanding of the consumer telecoms market, particularly across convergence and content
Confident in developing robust business cases and building detailed commercial models to support strategic decision-making
Strong leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, ideally supported by prior people management experience
Experience owning and managing a P&L is essential, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple competing priorities
