Bolt Market is looking for a driven Commercial Manager, Groceries to own and grow our grocery commercial performance in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Commercial Manager, you will own the commercial performance of assigned grocery categories, shaping assortment, pricing, promotions, and supplier strategy to deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sustainable revenue and profitability.You will work closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and cross-functional teams to execute the local commercial strategy in line with global objectives, combining strong commercial ownership with data-driven decision-making.
Job Responsibility:
Own category strategy including assortment, pricing, promotions, and cost of goods to deliver revenue and margin targets
Manage and grow relationships with ~30+ suppliers, including negotiations, contracts, and joint business plans
Drive commercial performance by balancing promotional investments, growth tools, and profitability across P&L lines
Analyse key commercial KPIs, run deep dives, and present insights during WBRs/MBRs to support decision-making
Execute consumer-centric promotional plans in collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global Commercial teams
Lead local commercial initiatives, process improvements, and ad-hoc business development projects
act as a deputy for the Senior Commercial Manager when needed
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in commercial, category management, ecommerce, FMCG, or retail environments
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience managing supplier relationships and pricing discussions
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions
Solid understanding of financial principles, P&L ownership, and profitability drivers
experience working with Nielsen data is a strong plus
Confident stakeholder manager able to collaborate effectively across functions
Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English
