Reporting to the Civils & Lintels Commercial Director, the Commercial Manager leads a team and works closely with key Group stakeholders across areas including digital platform development, stock and range management, project delivery, supply chain and pricing and post-invoice margin support. The role is focused on enhancing and simplifying the colleague experience by modernising systems, streamlining processes and policies, and delivering clear, effective support to drive engagement, performance and, above all, exceptional customer service.

Solid experience leading and developing teams

Background in complex, multi-site organisations

Stay curious and proactive
Build connections across the business and wider group
At least five years’ experience in a commercially focused leadership role
