Commercial Manager

• Lead the commercial management of multiple high-value residential projects, ensuring financial performance and risk management
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
• Oversee contract administration, procurement, and tendering processes
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing strategic guidance to project teams
• Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure projects meet commercial and operational objectives
• Advise the executive team on project viability, commercial strategy, and potential business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Implement robust commercial reporting and processes across all London projects
• Analyse project data to inform forecasting, pipeline planning, and performance improvement initiatives
• Drive efficiencies and best practices within the commercial function

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager in luxury or super-prime residential developments, ideally including single-dwelling projects
• Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
• Deep knowledge of UK construction contracts, procurement, and tendering
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
• Professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, MRICS, or equivalent) preferred
